Navdeep (“Nav”) Kalsi is an accomplished investment professional and board member with more than two decades of experience driving growth, transformation, and enterprise value across consumer products, financial services, and technology-enabled businesses.
 
Currently with New Light Consumer Partners, Nav backs management teams and fuels growth strategies across multiple sectors. He previously served as Managing Director leading Consumer Products Investment Banking at Rothschild & Co and BMO Capital Markets, where he executed complex M&A, equity, and debt transactions. His career began at Morgan Stanley and Bank of America, providing him with a foundation in world-class dealmaking and advisory.
