GLBA-aligned data protection
GTA Technology maintains a comprehensive Information Security and GLBA Safeguards Program designed to protect customer information, advisor information, and all data processed through the Protect and Arti Assist platforms.
Our safeguards include:
- Encryption in transit and at rest
- Strict access controls and role-based permissions
- Multi-layer identity verification
- Continuous monitoring of systems and infrastructure
- Secure credential isolation for Arti Assist
- Audit logging and tamper-evident, timestamped
- Independent penetration testing
- Vendor due diligence and confidentiality controls
- Incident response and breach notification procedures
- Administrative, technical, and physical safeguards aligned with the GLBA Safeguards Rule
“You decide what to upload and who can see it. Protect doesn’t require your Social Security number, government ID, or payment card number to work, and we never sell your information or use it for anything other than providing the service to you and the people you choose to share with. If you upload a document that contains those numbers (a tax form or an ID, for example), it’s stored securely and encrypted, and only you and the people you’ve shared it with can see it. Share only what your advisor actually needs.”
